By accessing PortraitStop or making any purchase from the Company, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. By accessing PortraitStop or purchasing any of the PortraitStop Services, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions may apply to additional areas of the website or to particular negotiations or content posted on the site, in conjunction with the actual Terms of Service Agreement. PortraitStop holds the right to make changes to the Agreement at any time. Customers who use the PortraitStop agree to follow any change or modification and are bound to the modified Terms of Service Agreement. WEBSITE USE
You need to be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to register for or use the Service. You are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service. In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of 13, as the Service is not intended for children under 13.
PortraitStop provides certain services. The Services may be purchased online through PortraitStop. By purchasing any Services, you agree to pay the indicated purchase price and further agree that (a) you have the authority make such a purchase, (b) you will not use the Services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose whatsoever. You acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that refunds will only be offered in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Refunds will only be granted in the sole discretion of the Company.
Method of Payment, Card Types accepted and Currency:
– We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card. The logo of the accepted cards are to be mentioned on the Homepage and on the Payment check out page.
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

The company shall keep confidential any information you submit to the Company as it relates to the processing of any order for Services. Any other material or information sent to the website will be considered non-confidential. You hereby grant the Company the royalty free irrevocable permission to use, display and distribute in whole or in part, the submission in any manner it sees fit.
CORRECTION OF INACCURACIES
PortraitStop reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in the content on the website, or to change and update the content at any time without giving prior notice. However, PortraitStop does not guarantee that errors, inaccuracies or omissions will be corrected immediately.

This Terms of Service Agreement with PortraitStop constitutes the entire agreement between all parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
REFUND POLICY
You are not eligible to ask for a refund when the order of our products is confirmed. Once our products are sent and delivered, you cannot return them and get a refund. If you encounter any issues in receiving any of our products, please refer to our customer support. Total Delivery Time for Your Order
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it, which generally takes 4-5 weeks, depending on artist availability, the complexity of the painting, shipping delays and destination. The total delivery time is comprised of two parts – the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time for a painting is the time from when you submit your order to when the painting leaves the studio. Processing is initiated once payment has been received. The processing time includes the time it takes to process your order and the painting process, which includes painting and drying.
The processing time generally takes 2-3 weeks to complete, but may take up to 4 weeks depending on artist availability and the complexity of the painting. Very large or complicated paintings and orders may take up to 8 weeks to complete.
Please note: oil paint is a type of slow-drying paint that consists of particles of pigment suspended in a drying oil. The speed with which the oil dries greatly depends on humidity and changes in the weather. Your painting will be painted with several layers of oil paint and each layer must dry before the next layer can be applied. As it is impossible to predict weather conditions and the speed with which the oil will dry, it is impossible to accurately predict when the painting will be dry enough to ship.
Shipping time is from when the product leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. Weather-related shipping delays are not within our control. The paintings are shipped rolled inside a protective tube.
Packaging
The quality of your shipment is our priority and the materials we use to package our products reflect our commitment. Rest assured, if your order contains a combination of products, they will ship separately in the appropriate packaging, and you will not be charged additional shipping.
All paintings are coated with a variety of preserving varnishes, covered with a protective sheet and film, and then carefully rolled into a durable tube.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email, which will also include a delivery tracking number so that you may check the delivery progress online.
Privacy Policy:
The PortraitStop.com Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy applies to all data that the PortraitStop.com website can obtain from the User while they are using the products of the Site.
